Management Qualifications
Introducing the new Frontline Management Qualifications
The Business Services Training Package underwent a significant review throughout 2007/2007. Released on 23 December 2007, the updated Training Package included modifications to the existing Certificates III, IV and Diploma of Business (Frontline Management).
ASC Training & Development are registered to deliver the new qualifications and have transitioned all courseware to reflect the new requirements. Enrolments will be accepted in the old Frontline Management Qualifications until 23 December 2008, however we are encouraging all clients to take up the new qualifications.
In summary, BSB30504 Certificate III in Business (Frontline Management) has been updated to:

BSB41004 Certificate IV in Business (Frontline Management) has been updated to:
