Research into this question by Dr Charles Margerison and Dr Dick McCann led to the creation of Team Management Systems. They developed the Team Management Profile Questionnaire as a way of assessing an individual’s work preferences and how this contributes to team outcomes. It is now used by over a million people in leading organisations worldwide.
ASC Training & Development are accredited to administer the Team Management Profile Questionnaire. Our training package includes completion of the Team Management Profile Questionnaire followed up with a 1 day or 2 x half days team development workshop. The questionnaire explores the areas in which each team member (as individuals) prefer to work. At the workshop, participants are presented with a detailed report about their work preferences. The team then works together to explore the ways in which it can utilise this information to become a highly functioning team.
