Effective Project Management underpins the achievement of business outcomes, yet many people are thrust into a project management role without the necessary skills and tools to do the job with confidence.
At ASC Training & Development we are committed to providing public sector employees with real and tangible project management skills. Programs range from 2 day workshops that explore the fundamental ingredients for successful project management, through to 8 – 12 month qualification courses that provide an in depth education in project management within a public sector context at supervisor and higher management levels.
Project Management Qualifications
ASC Training & Development will deliver the following government project management qualifications as of 2008:
Certificate IV in Government (Project Management)
Diploma of Government (Project Management)
